Is Manifesting magic? Spoiler alert, it's not. Join Adriana for a 3 night 4 day weekend where we will learn the science behind manifesting. Why it works and how to re-program your mind to stop limited beliefs and mindsets that hold us back. If you could have it, what would your ideal life feel like? What are the things you are holding on to that may be keeping you from where you would really like to be? This retreat will blend science and spirituality to give you the tools you need to begin to discern what you really want instead of what society has been telling you you should have and stop telling yourself you can't have it.

Saturday

8:00pm-9:00pm- "Action" board workshop (supplies provided, but bring any crafting supplies you'd like)

Sunday
5am- Sunrise gratitude practice
5:30am-6am- Outdoor gentle short practice yoga

*Transportation and fees associated with off property excursions are not included. Area attractions include, Kalahari indoor water park, casinos, horse back riding and winery tours.

**Community amenities include indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, canoe and kayak rentals. A Kayak and a canoe are available at our home.

*Double occupancy rooms indicate 2 people sharing a bed. Must book together.
 
**Shared rooms indicate a shared room with 2 beds. This room is for friends that want to room together but do not want to share a bed, or for individuals that don't mind rooming with someone they did not come with. These rooms will be available as singles if all other single rooms book. Prices are indicated above.
 
When booking, please choose either non-refundable deposit or full payment option for the room and bed of your choice. Once submitted, you will receive an invoice. Your registration is not finalized until we recieve a payment. If booking with a deposit, the balance is due April 20th.

Why Retreat with us? Adriana Hansen has been a mindfulness leader for nearly a decade and has been a seeker for most of her life. She describes herself as "middle road woo woo" which, to her means finding a strong balance between being grounded on this earth and acknowledging the real struggles we have as humans, while also understanding that we are spiritual beings whose limits are often self made. Finding a balance between two worlds that may feel very disconnected for many. To make these practices more accessible, she enjoys seeking and sharing research and the science that show why these practices work. Intuitives and healers have used these practices for centuries and the science is finally catching up to what they have known for years. She enjoys using this research to help make these practices accessible to all people. A retreat with TLC means you will get a seasoned facilitator adept at holding space and welcoming you, exactly where you are. 
 
What to expect? Our retreats are dynamic and absolutely tailored to the needs that emerge during the group experience. While we do make every attempt to maintain the sample itineraries, we also know that group needs and dynamics are ever changing. Joining a retreat with TLC means that the group dynamic may call for something different than what the original itinerary called for. Trust the process and know that we will make every attempt to give our participants what they need.
 
Who should attend a TLC Retreat? Women who recognize that want to make a change but need the information and support to do so. While enjoyable and relaxing, a retreat with TLC also requires deep self assessment, a certain level of vulnerability and personal work. These retreats are not just a weekend away. TLC's retreats are for those who want to change their mindset, change their viewpoint and start making conscious choices on how they want to move forward. This is hard to do when you are stuck in a routine and feel like you are unsupported. Our retreats are designed to give you the safety, support and courage to be the change you want to see.
 
Things you should know before you register. Our retreats are currently held at private homes (airbnb or VRBO) not "retreat centers." Private homes create our preferred sense of community. Because of this, there are a few things to note. All bathrooms, including those off of the primary suites are shared. Do to the layout of some houses, primary bathrooms may only be accessible through a bedroom and will still be shared. If you prefer not to be in a room where other guests must walk through, please contact the host before booking to determine which room would best suit your needs. 

Food is either catered, prepared by the retreat host/s or a combination. Participants are NOT required to help in any way, but some participants may feel that helping adds to the communal feeling. Please do not feel pressured to help. It is never assumed. Our retreats are for you to feel comfortable in whatever way that is for you.
